Manual purchase order processing is slow, error-prone, and resource-intensive. We developed an AI-powered Sales Order Automation platform that combines Intelligent Document Processing, OCR, Business Rules, and ERP integration to convert customer purchase orders into validated sales orders automatically.
CHALLENGE
Manufacturing teams manually interpreted purchase orders, generated configuration codes, calculated freight, selected BOMs, and entered data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central—resulting in long processing times and frequent errors.
SOLUTION
We built an AI-driven automation platform that extracts purchase order data, understands customer requirements, generates intelligent configuration codes, resolves Bills of Materials, calculates freight, validates business rules, and automatically creates sales orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
