01 / Problem & architecture

From Rigid Filters to Emotion-Driven Intelligence.

How we dismantled legacy travel aggregator friction and constructed an autonomous mobile experience.

The Legacy Friction

Impersonal Category Menus

Users are forced through static city lists and airport selectors that ignore human mood and travel context.

Cognitive Overload

Hours spent parsing dozens of conflicting review blogs, creating decision paralysis and trip abandonments.

Brittle Schedules

Static itinerary printouts that fall apart immediately when rain, delays, or sold-out reservations occur.

The iTiniTrip Solution

Vibe Affinity Matching

High-definition mood boards and emotional vectors calculate ideal spots without demanding rigid destination inputs.

Dynamic Constraint Solver

Budget, pace, and group members are factored dynamically, instantly balancing stay vs. activity expenditures.

Conversational Concierge & Live Re-route

24/7 on-device assistant that swaps outdoor excursions for curated cultural cafes in one tap whenever weather shifts.
